See adoption by department without SCIM

Workspace admins and owners on Business and Enterprise plans can now see adoption by department in Insights when your workspace uses SSO without SCIM. To set it up, map the department attribute in your SAML or OIDC app. Lovable then reads it at each sign-in, so the breakdown fills as your members return.

Group your workspaces into an organization

Enterprise companies that run several Lovable workspaces can now manage them together in an organization. The company sets up SSO once for all of them, and with SCIM the identity provider adds and removes members automatically. Org admins see every member and role in one place, and teams can publish internal apps to everyone in the company. Each workspace keeps its own projects, members, groups, and billing. Lovable sets this up on request through your account team.

Let Lovable create your Supabase project

You can now ask Lovable to create a Supabase project for an app that has no backend. You choose the organization and the region, and Lovable creates the project there and connects it to your app. This works in workspaces where the built-in backend is disabled. A project's region cannot be changed later, and Supabase bills the new project to your own organization.

App + chat connectors: LlamaParse Platform and n8n

LlamaParse Platform lets apps parse documents and extract structured data from them, such as the parties and dates in a contract. Use it for document review tools, knowledge base assistants, and apps that read the files your users upload. With Managed by Lovable, parsing and extraction spend workspace credits.

n8n lets apps list workflows, read executions, trigger webhooks, and publish or unpublish workflows on your n8n instance. Use it for internal consoles, intake forms, and status pages built on workflows you already run.

Add it from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect it.

Seedream 5 Pro and Seedance 2.5 for your app's AI features

Your app's AI features can now use two new ByteDance models:

  • Seedream 5 Pro (bytedance/seedream-5-pro) generates and edits images from a text prompt and up to 10 reference images, for posters, ads, and designs. It renders text inside the image accurately.
  • Seedance 2.5 (bytedance/seedance-2.5) generates 4 to 30 second video clips with synchronized sound, at 480p or 720p. It takes reference images, video, and audio, and can edit and extend an existing clip.

Workspace admins and owners enable ByteDance in Connectors first. Ask Lovable to use either model in your app.

Redesigned More menu

The More menu now lists your project's services directly in the sidebar: Database, Users, Storage, Emails, and Usage. Agent integrations is grouped under AI, and Secrets under Settings. The SQL editor, Edge functions, and Jobs are in the Database view, under Manage.

Connect your app to Cube

You can now connect your Lovable app to Cube to read the measures and dimensions your data team defines in its semantic layer, on Cube Cloud or on a Cube Core instance you host yourself. It fits dashboards, reports, and internal tools built on the metrics your company already agrees on. The connection is read-only. Add it from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect it.

Faster dictation

Dictation now transcribes while you speak, so your text is ready when you stop recording. It works in the project chat, in Chats, on the create form, and in the mobile apps.

Request a higher workspace role

Workspace viewers and editors can now request a higher role from the People tab. Viewers can ask for editor or admin access, and editors for admin access, each with an optional reason. You can withdraw a request while it is pending. Workspace admins and owners approve or deny it. Admin access requires a paid workspace plan.

Jump to your last chat in the desktop app

In the Lovable desktop app, tap Ctrl+Tab to switch to the chat you were in before. Hold Ctrl and press Tab to pick from your recent chats instead, with the chat you are in first. The shortcut uses Ctrl on macOS as well.

Require approval or block publishing with workspace policies

Workspace admins and owners on Enterprise plans can now set workspace policies that block publishing or require an admin or owner to approve it first. Policies cover apps with unresolved findings of personal data, apps published by external collaborators, apps published publicly, apps that use connectors, and publishing from unverified email domains. When a policy requires approval, the person publishing sends a request from the publish dialog, and Lovable publishes the app when an admin or owner approves it. Enable policies in your workspace's Privacy & security settings.

Review publish requests and findings in the Action center

Workspace admins and owners on Business and Enterprise plans now have an Action center in the dashboard sidebar. It lists what needs a decision: publish requests waiting for approval, projects whose owner left the workspace, projects whose credit usage rose sharply, public apps with critical security findings, and public apps with no edits for months. From each row you can approve or deny a request, assign an owner, or unpublish an app.

Add OIDC sign-in to your app

In an app on the built-in backend (Cloud), you can now let your users sign in with your own OpenID Connect provider, such as Auth0, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Keycloak, next to the other sign-in methods. Enable OIDC in your project's authentication settings and enter the details from your provider. Lovable then starts a build that adds the sign-in button to your app. The build is treated as standard build usage and consumes credits. Sign-ins consume no credits.

Lovable writes and runs tests for the rules you change

Lovable now adds a small test when you add or change a rule in your app, such as a price, a limit, or a permission. It runs the tests that cover the change before it reports the work as done, and keeps the tests in your project. Lovable does not write tests for copy, styling, or markup.

Connect your app to Pledge

You can now connect your Lovable app to Pledge to search verified nonprofits worldwide, create and track donations, and create and update fundraisers. It fits donation checkouts, loyalty point redemption, cause campaign pages, and employee giving programs. Add it from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect it.

GPT Transcribe for your app's speech-to-text features

Your app's AI features can now use OpenAI's GPT Transcribe (openai/gpt-transcribe), the new default speech-to-text model. It accepts audio files up to 25 MB, and your app can pass context, expected keywords, and languages as hints for names and specialist vocabulary. Ask Lovable to use it in your app, or describe what you want and let Lovable pick.

Formatted Markdown previews in the Files tab

Markdown files in your project's Files tab now open as formatted text, with tables, task lists, footnotes, and code blocks you can copy. Markdown files in Chats open in the same preview.

Larger document previews in the Files tab

A document you open in your project's Files tab now fills the preview pane. Its actions, such as adding it to the chat or a collection, are in the header above the document.

Removed: tabs in the desktop app

Tabs have been removed from the Lovable desktop app in version 1.9. The sidebar already lists your chats and projects, so the tabs were redundant. Switch between chats and projects from the sidebar, or hold Ctrl+Tab to pick from your recent chats. New downloads include 1.9, and the app offers the update when you open it.

Export audit logs to your SIEM or cloud storage

Workspace admins and owners on Enterprise plans can now schedule exports of the workspace's audit logs to Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Splunk, or Azure Log Analytics. Lovable delivers new events every hour or every 3 hours, so you can keep an audit trail for longer than the 13 weeks Lovable stores it and search Lovable activity next to your other security events. Find it under Workspace settings → Security → Data exports. Data exports come at no extra charge from Lovable. Your destination provider bills you for storage and ingestion.

Use Lovable from Claude through your company's SSO

Workspace admins and owners on Business and Enterprise plans can now enable enterprise-managed authentication, so members use the Lovable MCP server in Claude with their Okta identity, without a separate Lovable sign-in. Enable it in your workspace's Identity settings and pick the SSO provider your team already uses. Members keep their existing workspace and project permissions. Claude requires a Team or Enterprise plan.

Login pages include Sign in with Lovable by default

Login pages that Lovable builds for an app with Lovable Cloud now include Sign in with Lovable by default, alongside email and password sign-in and Google sign-in. Your app's users can sign in with their Lovable account, and Lovable registers the sign-in for your project with nothing to configure. To use a different set of methods, name them in your prompt. Sign-ins consume no credits.

GPT-6.1 Sol for your app's AI features

Your app's AI features can now use OpenAI's GPT-6.1 Sol (openai/gpt-6.1-sol), a model for complex coding and professional work. It accepts text and image input and responds with text. Ask Lovable to use it in your app, or describe what you want and let Lovable pick.

Documents in the project chat show their name and type

Documents that Lovable creates or refers to in a project chat reply now appear as a list with each file's name and a file-type icon, separate from the preview grid for images and videos. A single document with a preview, such as a PDF or a Markdown file, appears as a larger preview card. Select a row or card to open the file in the Files tab.

Select and sort files faster in the Files tab

In your project's Files tab, you can now select several files by hovering over a file and selecting its checkbox, then add them to the chat or a collection, download them, or delete them. Inside a collection, you can now sort files by Updated, Name, or Size, and the sort button shows which field is active. In list view, each document shows a file-type icon.

Growth tools: from building your app to growing it

Lovable now helps you find customers, from the same chat where you build. Set a goal such as "my first 100 signups", and Growth tools turn it into a plan built from your app, your audience, and your traffic. Lovable tells you what to fix first, and says so when ads are premature.

  • Growth advice that knows your app. Lovable recommends your next move: help search engines and AI assistants find your app, sharpen the offer on your landing page, prepare posts and listings for the communities, directories, and creators that reach your audience, or set up a Google Business Profile for a local business.
  • Ads launched from Lovable. Create a new Google Ads account or connect an existing one, and use your Facebook account for ads on Facebook and Instagram. Lovable sets up tracking and creates campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You decide the ad budget and approve when spending can start.
  • Creative built from your app. Ask for a launch video, an animated product demo, a video ad, images, or ad copy that match your brand, ready for a campaign, a social post, or customer outreach.

Results show in the redesigned Analytics view: visits by channel, campaign results on the Ads tab, and a Get more visitors button that sends your current traffic to Lovable with your request. Lovable adds no extra fees for using Growth tools, and the standard costs of chatting with Lovable apply. Google or Meta charges the payment method on your advertising account for the ads you run.

Add Sign in with Lovable to any website

You can now let people sign in to your website with their Lovable account, including a site you did not build with Lovable. Add one script tag and a button, and your site receives the person's name, email address, and picture, depending on which of those you ask for. If your site has a server, you can use the standard OpenID Connect flow in place of the script. Both paths start from an OAuth client registered in your workspace settings. Sign-ins consume no credits.

Connect your apps to Lovable with OAuth

Workspace admins and owners can now register OAuth clients under Workspace settings → API keys & OAuth → OAuth clients. An OAuth client lets your app ask each user to allow access to their profile, projects, or workspaces, and gives you a client ID and, for a Web server client, a client secret. Sensitive scopes, which read or change projects and workspaces, require a Business or Enterprise plan and verification from Lovable. Users see a warning until the client is verified.

Let your app's users sign in with their Lovable account

In an app with Lovable Cloud, you can now let your users sign in with their Lovable account. Enable it in your project's auth settings, or ask Lovable in the project chat to add the button. Lovable registers the sign-in for your project and keeps it current when your app's address changes. Your app receives each user's name, email address, and profile picture, and the consent screen shows your project's name. Sign-ins consume no credits.

Ask Lovable what drives your run credit usage

You can now ask Lovable what drives run credit usage in the project chat. Lovable reads the recorded usage, investigates the app's scheduled jobs, functions, database, storage, and AI activity, traces what it finds to the project's code, and proposes fixes. Lovable makes a change only when you ask for it. Workspace admins and owners can also ask in Chats which projects and usage categories drive the whole workspace's run credit usage.

From the usage chart, workspace admins and owners can start the same investigation with Optimize your usage. The button appears below the chart in Usage details and in a project's Cloud usage view when the workspace or project used more than 5 run credits in the last 7 days. In Usage details, it starts a workspace-wide investigation in Chats. In a project, it starts the investigation in the project chat, in Chat mode, where Lovable does not edit your project's code.

Connect your app to Bing Webmaster Tools

You can now connect your Lovable app to Bing Webmaster Tools to read clicks, impressions, top queries, and crawl stats for the sites verified in your Bing Webmaster Tools account, and to submit URLs and sitemaps. It fits search dashboards, crawl monitors, and tools that send new pages or feeds to Bing. Add it from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect it.

Restore a deleted project yourself

You can now restore a deleted project for 60 days after you delete it. Select Restore under Recently deleted projects in your workspace settings. The project returns with its code, version history, and chat history, and a paused Cloud backend resumes. You can restore the projects you own. Workspace owners can restore every deleted project in the workspace, whoever deleted it. After 60 days, the project is permanently deleted.

Restore a deleted workspace yourself

Workspace owners on Free, Pro, and Business plans can now restore a deleted workspace, with its projects and members, for 60 days after deleting it. Select Restore under Recently deleted workspaces in your account settings. If the workspace's subscription ended while it was deleted, the workspace returns on the Free plan. After 60 days, the workspace is permanently deleted.

Let browser agents use your app

You can now let browser agents use your app. When you enable agent integrations, Lovable also adds WebMCP tools to your app, so an AI agent built into the browser can act on the page a person has open, such as marking a task as done or filtering a list. Browser tools run in the person's own browser tab with their signed-in session, separate from your app's MCP server, and you can also ask Lovable in the project chat to add them without a server. Lovable starts with tools that read information or are easy to undo, and adds tools that delete, pay, send, publish, or share only when you ask.

Gemini 4 Argon for your app's AI features

Your app's AI features can now use Google's Gemini 4 Argon (google/gemini-4-argon), a frontier model for long-horizon coding, reasoning, and knowledge work. It accepts text, image, audio, and video input and comes at a premium price. Ask Lovable to use it in your app, or describe what you want and let Lovable pick.

Approve every tool from a chat connector at once

You can now select Always allow all tools from this connection when Lovable asks you to approve a tool from a chat connector, and every tool from that connection runs without asking from then on, including tools the server adds later. The choice applies to your own approvals only, and you can change it in the connection's settings in Connectors.

Supported PostgreSQL extensions on Lovable Cloud

Lovable Cloud databases support a fixed set of PostgreSQL extensions, such as pg_cron, pg_net, vector, and postgis. Lovable now refuses CREATE EXTENSION for any other extension, in the project chat, the SQL editor, and the Lovable API, and builds the feature with plain SQL instead. Extensions already installed in your database keep working.

Search for individual settings

You can now search for individual settings in workspace settings. Start typing in the search box at the top of the settings sidebar, and the results list the matching settings grouped by settings page, with the matching words highlighted. Select a result to open that setting.

You can now mark a change directly on an image in your project's Files tab. Open the image and select Edit, then draw over an area and describe the change, pin a comment where you want something changed, erase what you want removed, or remove the background. Lovable saves the result as a new file next to the original.

See how much usage your free allowances cover

On Free, Pro, and Business plans, you can now see how much of your usage the free allowances covered. Usage details shows the covered credits next to the total above the chart, and the By coverage view splits each bar into what the daily build credits, the daily chat allowance, and the monthly Cloud, AI, and connector grants paid for, and what drew on your general credits.

Connect your app to Loops

You can now connect your Lovable app to Loops to create and update contacts, send events that start your Loops automations, and send transactional email you manage in Loops. It fits waitlists, signup forms, and product notifications that should reach people from your Loops audience. Add it from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect it.

Publish every app in your workspace under your own domain

Workspace admins and owners on Enterprise plans can now set a publishing domain for the workspace, so projects publish at your-app.yourdomain.com instead of your-app.lovable.app. Pick a domain you bought through Lovable, or a subdomain of it, with no DNS setup. You can also connect a domain or subdomain you own elsewhere. Each project moves to the new address the next time you publish it, and its existing lovable.app address keeps working. Find it under Workspace settings → Workspace domains → Publishing domain.

Reference another chat or send it a task

In Chats, you can now work with your other chats. Reference a chat to let Lovable read what you discussed there, or ask Lovable to send a message to another chat or to start a new chat with a first task. Type @ and select the chat under Chats, or paste a link to the chat. The other chat does the work and can reply in your conversation, so one chat can coordinate several others.

Generate a secret that another app also needs

When Lovable asks you for a secret that you enter in two places, such as the secret GitHub uses to sign its webhook requests or a token two of your apps share, the secret form now has a Generate button. Select it to fill in a strong random value, copy the value to the other place, and submit. Lovable shows the value only in the form, and does not repeat stored secret values, or anything derived from them, in the project chat, in logs, or in your code.

Buy .si domains through Lovable

You can now buy .si domains, the Slovenian country-code extension, through Lovable. Search for the full name including the extension from Buy a domain in your project's or workspace's domain settings. A new .si domain can take up to 2 hours to start working, and you can register it for up to 5 years.

Get a warning before your credits run out

On Free, Pro, and Business plans, workspace admins and owners now get a warning when the workspace is likely to run out of credits before its monthly credits refill. The warning appears on the Plans & credit usage page and in Usage details, shows when your credits are expected to run out and when your monthly credits refill, and lets you add credits before your published apps are affected.

Enterprise credit balances now appear as numbers

On Enterprise plans, the credit panel on the Plans & credit usage page now shows your balance as numbers in place of a progress bar. Admins and owners see how many workspace credits remain and the workspace total, for example 6,400 remaining of 10,000. When the workspace has used more than its commitment, they also see a warning and an Overage credits row. Other members see only their own personal credits.

Publish to invited people only on Free and Pro plans

On Free and Pro plans, you can now publish your app to an invite-only audience. In the publish dialog, select Invite only, then add workspace members by name or invite people outside your workspace by email. Only the people you add can visit the published app, after logging in, along with the project owner, workspace owners, and people the project is shared with directly. Publishing to your whole workspace or to groups still requires a Business or Enterprise plan.

App + chat connectors: Zendesk, Neon, MotherDuck, Oracle Autonomous AI Database, IBM Db2, Qlik Cloud, Omni, Metabase, and GoodData

Nine new app + chat connectors let your apps work with your help desk, your own databases, and the metrics your team defines in a business intelligence tool. Add them from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect one.

  • Manage Zendesk support tickets from your app. Zendesk lets apps read, create, and update support tickets, look up users and organizations, and read help center articles.
  • Query your own database from your app:
    • Neon lets apps read and write your own Neon Postgres database with SQL.
    • MotherDuck lets apps run DuckDB SQL on your MotherDuck databases and shares.
    • Oracle Autonomous AI Database lets apps run SQL on your Oracle Autonomous AI Database, including the Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM data that Fusion Data Intelligence stores there.
    • IBM Db2 lets apps run SQL on Db2 on Cloud.
  • Show your team's BI metrics in your app:
    • Qlik Cloud lets apps browse your Qlik apps, export chart and table data, ask Insight Advisor questions, and start reloads.
    • Omni lets apps query the topics and measures your team defines in Omni and draw their own charts from the results.
    • Metabase lets apps run saved Metabase questions and custom queries against the databases connected to Metabase, on Metabase Cloud or a self-hosted instance.
    • GoodData lets apps read the workspaces, metrics, and saved visualizations in GoodData Cloud and compute reports from them.
Chat connectors: Loom

Loom is now available as a prebuilt chat connector, so Lovable can read a Loom video's transcript, AI summary, and comments while you build. Paste a Loom link in the project chat to show Lovable a bug or an idea instead of describing it. Add it from Connectors.

Removed: design directions before the first build

The three design directions Lovable showed before building a visually open-ended prompt have been removed. Lovable now builds the look directly from what you describe, and still asks design questions about color, typography, and layout when your prompt leaves the look open. Older chats keep the direction you picked, without the previews.

Set credit usage limits and alerts for your workspace

Workspace admins and owners on paid plans can now set usage limits and alerts that keep shared credits under control. Set a credit threshold for the whole workspace, a project, a member, or, on Business and Enterprise plans, a group or an access token, and choose what happens when usage reaches it: an email or in-app alert, or a block that stops building or pauses Lovable Cloud, AI features, and metered connector requests in deployed apps. You can also get an alert when your workspace balance drops below an amount or percentage you choose, and members who reach a blocking limit can request an increase that you approve or deny. Find it under Workspace settings → Usage limits & alerts.

Get help when your Cloud database is under high load

When your Lovable Cloud database runs low on resources, Lovable can now warn you that your app is under high load in the project chat, in the Publish dialog, and in More → Cloud → Database. Click Resolve to have Lovable check whether the database is still under pressure, find the likely cause, and suggest query or code changes before you move to a larger instance. When a larger instance is the right fix, Lovable shows the credit impact and offers the resize for your approval. Resizing from chat is available on paid plans.

Cloud database changes are now recorded as Drizzle migrations

When Lovable changes the structure of your Lovable Cloud database, it now records each change as a migration file in your project's code, under drizzle/migrations/. Lovable uses Drizzle, an open-source tool for database migrations, to create and apply these files. A migration file is a SQL file that describes one change to the database structure, so your code carries the full history of how your database was built. Lovable also refuses changes that could break your published app, such as dropping or renaming a table or column, and reaches the same result by adding to your database instead, for example by adding a new column and copying the data over. To let Lovable make such changes directly, set Execute backward incompatible database migrations in your Cloud permissions.

Faster inline text edits

Simple text changes you make with Edit text inline in the preview toolbar now apply in a few seconds. Text that your app builds from data or translates still takes a little longer.

Gemini 3.7 Flash is deprecated for your app's AI features

Google is retiring Gemini 3.7 Flash (google/gemini-3.7-flash), so it is now marked deprecated for your app's AI features and stops working on January 28, 2027. Apps that use it keep working until then, and Lovable no longer picks it for new AI features. If your app uses it, ask Lovable to switch to Gemini 3.8 Flash (google/gemini-3.8-flash) before that date.

Chat connectors: Excalidraw+

Excalidraw+ is now available as a prebuilt chat connector, so Lovable can list, search, and edit the scenes in your Excalidraw+ workspace while you build, including diagrams, wireframes, and presentations. Add it from Connectors.

Connect to Databricks with your own account

The Databricks connector now lets you connect by signing in with your own Databricks account instead of a service principal. Select User OAuth when you create the connection. Queries run as you, so your own Unity Catalog permissions apply and Databricks audit logs show who ran each query.

App + chat connectors: beehiiv and Ramp

beehiiv lets apps add subscribers, show posts from your publication, and save draft posts. Use it for signup forms, post listings, and launch waitlists for a newsletter you already run.

Ramp lets apps read the transactions, cards, funds and spending limits, users, and business information of your Ramp business. Use it for spend dashboards, transaction reporting, and card and limit inventories.

Add it from Connectors, or ask Lovable in a project to connect it.

Restore Lovable work after a push to your Git repository replaces it

You can now restore work Lovable made after a push to your synced repository replaces it. Lovable saves a backup first and shows a notice in the editor and in Project settings → Git, where the project owner restores the saved work or keeps the repository's version. Restored work syncs back to your repository, or to a lovable-sync branch when the repository has newer commits.
